Mindful Manifestations (MM) shares mindful living tools that can help you support a balanced, sustainable lifestyle in body and in mind.

As a practitioner of mindfulness, I believe strongly that this tool can help us cultivate balance, compassion, and ease in all aspects of life. My decade-long experience with a chronic health condition has taught me that to heal the body, we must first heal the mind.

The MM Blog, Mindful Musings Podcast (temporarily off-air), and MM Youtube channel (temporarily off-air) focus on mindfulness, stress reduction in daily life, balanced gluten-free recipes, and sustainable lifestyle practices to help you find ease, reduce stress, and develop a deeper connection with yourself and your surroundings.

Elicia Kristine created the concept at the heart of MM in 2018 based on personal experience with a chronic health condition. Diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS) in 2011, Elicia has experienced firsthand the effectiveness of mindfulness as companion to treatment for anxiety, chronic pain, and physical and emotional discomfort.

She has successfully completed a two-month Mindfulness Life Coach Certification program and is furthering her mindfulness studies with additional training in life coaching and mindfulness meditation instruction. As a chronic illness patient, she has experimented with holistic health treatments including yoga, meditation, counseling and therapy, nutrition for inflammatory disease, and naturopathy/ supplementation for seven years. More recently, she has begun to learn about Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), positive psychology, and non-yogic mindfulness practices for everyday life such as mindful eating thanks to the Palouse Mindfulness program and self study.

Here, she will share all of the useful (and not so useful) tips, practices, and information that she has learned along her journey with you in this space.
